NORLAND COMPENSATION PLAN SIMPLIFIED
There are several ways to earn in Norland

1st is your money back guarantee: you will get products worth the amount of money you come in with, the choice of products is at your disposal. So you have your money back in the value of the products. You can use, give out or sell the products, it's also your choice but remember if you sold, you would definitely make profit.

2nd is the fast start-up bonus: this is paid once you sign up 2 people under you, remember it's a binary system meaning you need just 2 people directly under you, the other people could be used to build your team by supporting your 2 and other downlines. This bonus is 50 percent of the pvs (product value) on ur lesser leg ×400(N to $) the company pays on 400 naira to 1 dollar. So if you enter with for instance 40k and perhaps your 2 people come in with same, depending on the choice of products, you should have at least 64 pvs or more. Let's calculate wit 64pvs being the required points for that level (you could have more), so 64 x 0.5 x 400 dats 12,800 in naira

3rd is the product voucher: you will be awarded free products from the company worth 20k...thats if it's at entry level (40k to 45k depending on your choice of product )...the higher the level, the higher the pay.

4th...the group bonus: This comes weekly based on the pvs accumulated on ur two legs and payment is on the lesser leg. This is where your level of entry or present upgrade level determines ur pay.
If you're at entry level(40-45k or more) u will be paid 8% of accumulated pvs on ur lesser leg.
Senior member (87-90k) gets 10%
Bronze member (167-170k) gets 10.5%
Silver member (350k)gets 11 %
Gold member (700k) gets 12%
Diamond member (1.35m) gets 13%

5th is the leadership bonus: this earned on different generations under you( if you are a silver member and aboveSilver member earn 8% on first generationGold member earns on 8% on her first generation and 5% on the second generation while a Diamond member earns 8% on her first generation 5% on second generation and 5% on third generation ( please note that's the leadership bonus are paid on end of the circle )

6th Retail bonus are paid to distributors that buys and sell you earn 20% purchase value @ the end of the cycle NOTE maintenance bonus can run in hundreds just by doing your 28pvs depending on the generation
